You’re not the only one. Over the years, we’ve coached hundreds of men and women over 35 – people starting from all sorts of backgrounds, fitness levels, and goals. Most of them came in with the same concerns: Will this work for me? What if I’ve never lifted before? How will you make sure I don’t get injured?

We’ve heard it all, and we’ve answered it all. That’s why we’ve pulled together this list – clear, straight to the point, and built from real coaching experience in our own gym. No guesswork, no generic advice – just the answers you need to decide if this is the right place for you.

We’ve coached hundreds of clients in Huddersfield and across West Yorkshire, and know the questions people have before they start. Whether it’s about equipment, training style, or what to expect in your first session, we keep our answers clear and practical.

 

Our gym has everything you need for strength training without the distractions - barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and the right machines for support work. Sessions are run one-to-one or in small groups so you get proper coaching, not just supervision.

 

We work with men and women over 35, including those who are completely new to training, returning after time away, or dealing with injuries or limitations. Whatever your starting point, we’ll help you move better, lift stronger, and feel more capable in everyday life.
