Hello, I’m Fran, co-founder of The Angry Vegan Personal Training. With over 20 years of experience as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with the NHS and my journey into the world of strength training, I've developed a unique approach to fitness, especially for women like you – the driven, the bold, and those navigating the changes that come with age.

My Journey and Your Path.


My path to becoming a personal trainer was fuelled by my years in women's health. Witnessing first-hand the challenges and triumphs women face, particularly during menopause, has been pivotal.


Now, I combine this medical knowledge with strength training to create a fitness regimen that’s about more than just lifting weights – it’s about lifting spirits, confidence, and health.
