Train with Liam

In the heavier lifting area – strength-focused sessions for men over 35 who want to build muscle, shift bodyfat, and stay strong for the long haul. You’ll lift properly, progress consistently, and learn how to train with purpose.

Train with Fran

In a quieter, more private space – strength training for women in perimenopause or menopause who want to take control of their strength, energy, and long-term health. No drama, no judgement – just intelligent coaching.

Our coaching is built around old-school strength training that works - free weights, kettlebells, and practical movements that make you stronger for real life. Liam specialises in helping men over 35 regain strength and confidence, while Fran works with women in midlife and menopause who want to feel in control of their bodies again.

 

Training takes place in our private Huddersfield gym, split into two dedicated spaces - one for heavier lifting and one quieter, more private area. You’ll get structured sessions, clear progression, and constant feedback on your form. We focus on quality over quantity, so every rep you do has a purpose. No mirrors for posing, no loud gym chaos, just the right environment to train properly and see results you can feel in and out of the gym.
