Liam brings nearly 20 years of strength coaching experience, drawing on a background in powerlifting, strongman, girevoy sport, and endurance events. He now focuses on helping men over 35 build lasting strength, muscle, and confidence that carries over into real life. Training with Liam is about no-nonsense, structured sessions that make you stronger for the long term – inside and outside the gym.

Train with Fran
Fran combines over 20 years as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with her coaching experience to support women through midlife and menopause. She specialises in strength training that helps women rebuild muscle, improve bone health, and take control of their bodies with confidence. Training with Fran is about intelligent, supportive coaching that gets results without the noise or intimidation of a commercial gym.
