Most personal trainers fill their websites with before-and-after photos. We don’t. Our clients train with us in a private gym because they value their privacy - and that includes keeping their progress photos off the internet. They share them with us, but only with the guarantee they’ll stay private. Could we post faceless “head-cut-off” shots like some trainers do? Aye, but that wouldn’t be an honest reflection of what we do. Instead, we let our results speak through the words of the people we’ve coached.
